Each of our Succor Punches comes with an Auxiliary Cable that you can plug into either your smart phone, or a frequency generator. 

If you're using a smart phone we recommend downloading the app called, "Frequency: Sound Generator" or the app called “Z-App”. 
These apps will let you play any frequency from 1Hz-22,000Hz and also offer a list of frequencies for different ailments and general uses.

To utilise your Succor Punch, plug your phone into the auxiliary cable and open your frequency generating app. Choose whichever frequency you resonate most with or whichever effect you'd like to pulse (each frequency has different benefits).
