Shipping times are currently between 7-10 business days before dispatch. If you place your order on Friday or a weekend, please allow extra days on top of that. Thank you!
Where Do We Ship To?
We are based in the UK and offer shipping to various locations. Here are the current locations we ship to:
- UK
- USA
- Australia
- Canada
We are based in the UK and the RECEIVER/CUSTOMER is responsible for paying customs duties and taxes on all international orders, including orders to the USA. It is the customer's responsibility to check whether they are subject to customs duties and taxes before ordering from us.
Non acceptance of a package at the point of delivery or refusal/return of a package by the customer will not be accepted by us as a reason for refund.
Shipping Times:
Estimated shipping times vary and are as below according to UK Royal Mail:
1) International Shipping (USA, Canada, Australia):
International Standard (Doesn't include tracking) - Delivery aim = 6-7 working days
International Tracked - Delivery aim = 5-7 working days
2) UK Shipping:
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Delivery aim = 2-3 working days, including Saturdays
Please allow additional time of at least 7 business days on top of the above estimated delivery times as there can be delays in the mail services on either end that are out of our control. If you have not received your order after this amount of time, please contact us to let us know.
