Custom Order Process:

1. Fill out the Custom Order Waitlist form at the bottom of this page to let us know what you are looking for as a custom order
2. Once a space opens up, we will contact you via email to confirm that we can create the custom order for you and will outline the design and specific details of the custom piece/pieces for you
3. We will let you know the cost of the custom order and the estimated time it will take to create
4. To confirm your custom order, we will ask for a 50% deposit of the total cost to reserve our time to create the order and so we can order any necessary materials for us to get started
5. Before we order any materials such as crystals, we will show you what we intend to order
6. We will send you a couple of progress updates (photos/videos) during the process of creating the order
7. Once the order is complete, we will let you know and will send you photos/videos of the completed piece/pieces
8. We will then request the remainder of the payment for the order, as well as your shipping address
9. Once we have received payment and your address, your custom order will be on the way to you!
10. We will provide you with an estimate of the shipping times, as well as a package tracking number
