Where Do We Ship To?

We are based in the UK and offer shipping to various locations. Here are the current locations we ship to:

We are based in the UK and the RECEIVER/CUSTOMER is responsible for paying customs duties and taxes on all international orders, including orders to the USA. It is the customer's responsibility to check whether they are subject to customs duties and taxes before ordering from us.

Customers from the USA will be charged duties at checkout, which we will pay to our shipping carrier Royal Mail when purchasing the postage for your order. This is because it is required for duties to be paid in advance for US orders, instead of when the package arrives at customs in the USA. For all other countries, any applicable duties are to be paid on arrival in the destination country.

Non acceptance of a package at the point of delivery or refusal/return of a package by the customer will not be accepted by us as a reason for refund.

Shipping Times:

Estimated shipping times vary and are as below according to UK Royal Mail:

1) International Shipping (outside the UK):

International Tracked - Delivery aim = 5-7 working days

2) UK Shipping:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Delivery aim = 2-3 working days, including Saturdays

Please allow additional time of at least 7 business days on top of the above estimated delivery times as there can be delays in the mail services on either end that are out of our control. If you have not received your order after this amount of time, please contact us to let us know.

Ordering From Us:

All of our creations are one of a kind handmade pieces made with good intention and love. Some of the items in our webshop such as pendants and certain bracelets/rings/tensor rings are already made in advance but other items are made to order.

For this reason, the dispatch timings for orders may vary but we aim to dispatch orders out within 5-7 business days of receiving an order. If an order is placed on a Friday, the dispatch times may be slightly longer. We are also in the UK time zone so any orders received in the evening UK time won't be worked on until the next day UK time.

We create our orders in as timely a manner as possible but seeing as they are hand crafted with intention and care and there are just two of us running a small family business, we hope our customers understand that our delivery timelines are not the same as factory made generic items from large companies such as Amazon.

The intention of our healing tools is to help people ground and return to a more natural pace in this fast paced modern society. This is reflected in our business approach which encourages a healthier lifestyle, slowing down a bit and taking better care of ourselves. With this approach we can start moving away from instant gratification and convenience and in turn prioritise our health and the health of the earth and all living beings.
