Each of our Succor Punches comes with an Auxiliary Cable that you can plug into either your smart phone, or a frequency generator. 

If you're using a smart phone we recommend downloading either the app called "Frequency: Sound Generator" or the "Z-App". These apps will let you play any frequency from 1Hz-22,000Hz.

To utilise your Succor Punch, plug the auxiliary cable into your phone and open your frequency generating app. Choose whichever frequency you resonate most with or whichever effect you'd like to pulse (each frequency has different benefits).
